What is the best time to visit Vaadi?

Vaadi is open year-round. Spring (Mar-May) brings rhododendron blooms, autumn (Sep-Nov) has the clearest skies and best trekking, summer (Jun-Aug) is lush and green, and winter (Dec-Feb) offers snow and solitude.

Are meals included at Vaadi?

Meals are not included in the room rate but are available on-site. Breakfast is INR 500/person and lunch or dinner is INR 700/person. All meals are home-cooked Garhwali and North Indian cuisine using local ingredients.

Auli slopes are 10 km (20 min drive) from Vaadi. We arrange cab transfers for all guests. Joshimath is just 7 km away, Govindghat (Valley of Flowers trailhead) is 24 km, and Gorson Bugyal trailhead is 5 km. We also arrange end-to-end transport from Rishikesh and Dehradun airport.
